TERMS AND POLICIES

We appreciate your partnership with Aeroware Solutions. In the interest of ensuring a smooth and compliant business relationship, we would like to highlight certain responsibilities that fall under your purview:

Export Compliance:

Customer agents assume full responsibility for guaranteeing that any export of commodities complies meticulously with all U.S. export laws and regulations.

SLI’s for Re-Exported Items:

For items being re-exported, the completion of Shipper’s Letter of Instructions (SLI) is not within our purview. We trust that you will manage this aspect independently.

Shipment Insurance:

Customers are exclusively responsible for securing Shipment Insurance for their consignments.

PN Approval and Use:

Customers are accountable for obtaining the necessary Part Number (PN) approval and ensuring proper usage. Units shipped are designated for CIVIL AIRCRAFT USE ONLY.

Please note the Schedule B and ECCN information for your reference:

No License Required

Payment Terms:
Aeroware Solutions accepts credit card payments with a 3.5% credit card fee.
For wire transfers, kindly include an additional $35.00 USD to cover transaction fees.

NET30 Account Terms:

NET30 accounts must be settled within 5 days of the due date on the invoice.
Accounts not paid within this timeframe will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee, automatically generated and tracked by our electronic system.
Your understanding and adherence to these responsibilities are crucial for maintaining the integrity of our transactions. Should you have any queries or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

 

CLAIMS AND RETURNS:
All claims must be made within 15 days of the Invoice date.
No returns without prior approval.
RMA’s do not apply to EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS. ALL FEE’S APPLY. THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT ISSUED

 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT:
In recognizing the specialized nature of aerospace components, AeroWare Solutions clarifies that it cannot directly oversee installation or maintenance processes, nor is it involved in the design of products sold for certified aircraft. The purchaser acknowledges that, by placing an order and accepting these components, they assume full responsibility for their proper use and compliance with industry standards.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AeroWare Solutions, its owners, and employees, from any claims or damages arising from alleged defects in supplied parts. If the purchaser finds this agreement unacceptable, they must promptly return products in new condition. Returns are subject to applicable restocking fees. This agreement underscores mutual commitment to safety and compliance in the use of aerospace components.
